The anonymous report channel informs the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia (OAC) about any known corruption acts without revealing your identity.
This tool is offered by the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia to any person, whether physical or juridical, public or private.
In order to study the information, the most important thing is the verisimilitude of the reported facts, not the source. Despite this, OAC encourages the reporter to identify themselves so that information and enquiry tasks can be more easily expanded.
Therefore, anyone who brings information about suspected corrupt practices can obtain a written commitment that their identity will not be revealed. In this case, their personal data will be kept in secret by the OAC. Alongside identity reserve, OAC provides support and advice to any person who informs in good faith.
If some act of intimidation or retaliation is known by OAC, the director of OAC will promote or exert corrective or restitutive actions. In any case, it will be recorded into OAC’s Annual Memory to Parliament.
